The Gladwin family run the wonderful Nutbourne Vinyard (well worth a visit if  you haven't been) as well as 'Sussex' restaurant in Soho (ditto).  The food is simple and very delicious.  This brand new recipe book is filled with gorgeous photographs, mother Bridget's beautiful paintings and the very delicious, simple, recipes based around local and foraged food.
