Ags Connolly - Music in The Bookshop

Ags Connolly is no stranger to East Grinstead, he last played in The Bookshop in 2019. Ags has recently completed a UK, Ireland and Mainland Europe tour supporting Charley Crockett and also to promote the release of his fourth superb album “Siempre.”

Ags is a traditional country singer-songwriter, who has built a reputation as an inspired songwriter. He is a constant presence on the touring circuit and has headlined shows both solo and with his band across the UK, Europe and the US.  His previous album ‘Wrong Again’ was named UK Country Album Of The Year at the 2020 UK Country Music Awards. Bob Harris on BBC Radio 2 described ‘Wrong Again’ as “Modern day traditionalism of the very, very best kind.”
